Important Conditions

  • Due to hygiene and quality reasons, used or damaged items cannot be accepted.
  • Returns are accepted only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon receipt.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us provide the best customer support, please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery:

  • The video must show a clear 360° view of the package and its contents.
  • This video is mandatory to assess and process return requests.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at help.sheorae@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Share your unboxing video along with clear details of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at help.sheorae@gmail.com.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
